Pricing

Our Prices Explained

Despite the difficulty of pricing with often-volatile exchange rates and the ever-changing world economy, we do believe in giving a realistic feel for the cost of our trips. Every holiday we plan is unique. When you ask for a quotation, we will ask you if you have a budget in mind for your trip. If you do, we will aim to keep to that budget or if not feasible, we will tell you.  We will will then supply a ‘guide price’ for your sample itinerary. This is usually based on two people travelling together and sharing a room (unless you ask for something different), and includes international economy flights, private transport and guiding and accommodation in properties that we consider to be unique. If you have given us dates to work with, the quotation will be based on rates for that period. If not, we generally quote mid-season as rates vary enormously according to when you travel. There is little point in pricing for a time of year when you would not be likely to visit, merely in order to appear cheaper than other companies.

Our philosophy is to show guide prices which are representative assuming you are looking for a memorable and special experience, and we are confident that in this respect, we provide exceptional value. However, we are very aware of our clients’ budgets, and always work hard to meet them. It is a flexible approach which serves both us, and you, the client, very well.

We are an appointed agent for British Airways  and we have excellent rates with all other major scheduled airlines which enable us to secure flights for our clients at competitive rates and more importantly hold flight seats on option while we are planning your holiday.
